Abstract: An experimental apparatus which can measure the resistivity of metals at different tem-peratures was designed based on several physical concepts ,such as low temperature ,fine vacuum , compensation ,etc .The resistivity of the metal in cryostat was changed with temperature-controlled heating apparatus .T he temperature dependence of the resistivity of aluminum alloy and rare earth a-luminum alloy was obtained .The study could make up for the deficiency in current college physics ex-periment of low resistance measurement .
