Abstract: The“representative”is a figurative representation,which the people indirectly involved in the democratic field,it spontaneously generated as the representative of the construction,it has a wide range of deduction,penetrated into many aspects of the society.At present,“representative”has some confusion,which about who represent can represent and how to represent? Therefore,reconstruction of “representative”,need to speed up promote “representatives”election mechanism optimization of innovation;Should strive to achieve communication channels is diverse; establish and improve the“representative ”of the supervision,appraisal system;perfect “representatives”recall exit mechanism.
