Abstract: Incoterms are the most influential international trade customs formulated by the International Chamber of Commerce.The new Incoterms 2010 are the latest rules revised by the ICC to satisfy the needs of international trade development,in which new changes are created such as the classification of Intercoms,the increase and deletion of the number of Incoterms,the determination of risk liabilities,and application scope,as well as the new legal issued arise accordingly.It is of important legal significance to recognize and resolve new problems in application of Incoterms 2010,so as to guarantee a sound trade and to protect legislative interests of persons concerned.
