Abstract: The experiments of environmental microbiology is a compulsory professional experiment course for envi -ronmental specialty curriculum .Based on the Leaderless Group mission arrangement ( LGMA) Educational Model , the initiative ,enthusiasm and consciousness of the students in the learning process have been cultivated and devel -oped.The teaching reforms with good teaching effect could provide a useful exploration and practice for the cultiva -tion of high quality talents.
