Abstract: 以粉煤灰和赤泥为主要原料制备了多孔陶瓷材料,研究了原料的不同配比、烧结温度等对多孔陶瓷样品的显气孔率、抗折强度、显微结构及物相等的影响.研究结果表明,粉煤灰与赤泥的配比和烧结温度是影响样品结构和性能的主要因素.4#试样烧成温度为1150℃时,显气孔率为48.33%,抗折强度为16.5MPa,样品的晶相组成为氧化铁、硅线石、钙钠长石、钙铁榴石等,气孔呈三维连通均匀分布于样品中,是一种气孔率高且强度高的优质多孔陶瓷.
