Abstract: As an important symbol of modern economic development level, the service industry is the inevitable result of economic development, productivity improvement and social progress. The famous“Clark's law”and“Kuznets rule” pointed out that, with the economic development and improved income level, the proportion of the added value is continuously changing in three industries. And the proportion of the primary industry declines constantly, the proportion of the second industry will decline gradually after the rapid rising, and the development process of third industry will experience rising, wandering, rising, three periods and eventually become the largest industry in the national economy. It means that standardization promotes the rapid development of industry, therefore, how does standardization promote the development of service industry?
