Abstract: 目的 探讨海藻酸钠支架复合组织工程化软骨细胞对RA患者膝关节软骨缺损修复的影响.方法 将8名RA患者随机分为对照组4例和海藻酸盐支架治疗组4例.RA治疗组患者膝关节内注入1 mL海藻酸钠支架复合组织工程化软骨细胞,对照组患者膝关节注射等量的生理盐水.海藻酸钠支架复合组织工程化软骨细胞治疗一个月后提取对照组和治疗组关节活检组织,应用Ⅱ型胶原免疫组织化学法染色和HE染色,通过计数Ⅱ型胶原免疫阳性细胞数和光镜观察关节组织结构变化,检测各组RA患者的膝关节软骨缺损的修复情况.结果 组织形态学结果显示,治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组关节浸润炎症细胞数量减少,炎症反应明显减轻,关节Ⅱ型胶原阳性软骨细胞明显增高,软骨细胞有所增多.结论海藻酸钠支架复合组织工程化软骨细胞对RA患者膝关节软骨缺损有一定的修复作用.
