Abstract: The absence of ecological compensation system is serious damage to the farmers’ rights and interests, and has no conducive to the for-mation of ecological compensation mechanism. In the analysis of basic meaning of land ecological compensation system, this paper proposes land ecolog-ical compensation system in order to improve the land requisition compensation system and provide theoretical support to promote the construction of ecological civilization.
