Abstract: The cooperation between police colleges and society to train ifrst-line administrators is an exploration and practice of socialized training of administrators in this ifeld and also an important part of police education and innovation. It is both an effective way for police colleges and universities to cooperate with society to improve the training quality and a pragmatic channel for police colleges and universities to join hands with society in training ifrst-line police administrators. It is necessary to perfect the training mechanism, establish the system to evaluate the cooperative programs, ensure the school-running quality, acquire the cooperative concept and supervise the whole process so as to ensure the standardization and scientiifc operation.
