Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed the feasibility of combining the sedan-transportation logistics and the spare parts logistics, designed a type of container specialized in the transportation of sedan cars and then consolidated the transportation of cars and spare parts to improve the efficiency of the logistics operation. Then through comparing the mode with the traditional logistics mode, we found that the consolidated transportation mode could improve the utility rate of the room of the sedan carriers, eliminate the empty backhaul in the logistics process and reduce the logistics cost of the spare parts.
