Abstract: With the global financial crisis,the manufacturing enterprises of export-oriented in Zhejiang province have encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Under this background,how to speed up the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises is very important. Zhejiang province launched the“Project 5111",which is from the beginning of "practicing internal strength",so as to enhance the management level of enterprises. With the author’s review of the refinement of management and "5M1E" analysis tools,this paper constructs the evaluation system of fine management of manufacturing enterprises and selects 10 representatives for the empirical analysis of management process. The conclusion is that in 10 enterprises,demonstration enterprises of refined management are 2,standard enterprises are 4,and construction enterprises are 4.
