Abstract: Compared with the traditional political terrorism, terrorism crime presents a new trend under the background of economic globalization, while undergoing new changes in all respects, it is changing from political crime to economic one and becomes the economic terrorism including seizing illegal economic interests, destroying the economic order, money – laundering, and other forms of economic terrorism crimes. Economic terrorism endangers international economic and political order heavily, in order to meet new challenges to deal with it, we must establish a new international economic order, form a new international cooperation mechanism, strengthen special legislation combating economic terrorism, apply comprehensive means of economy and technology.
