Abstract: With the development of the industrial revolution and the environment pollution,the incidence of asthma has increased day by day.Specific immunotherapy (SIT) can not only reduce the attack to alleviate the symptoms,but also can change the natural course of disease.SIT has two mainly ways:subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT).Since it putting forward,a large number of meta-analysis have proved SIT's effectiveness and safety during more than a century.In addition,there are some problems worthy for further research to improve.
