Abstract: Objective:To improve the knowledge of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome. Methods:To analyze the characters of clinical manifestations, neuroimgings and prognosis of 2 cases. Results:Both of the 2 cases had a history of immunological disease or drug use. The main clinical charicteristics are blood hypertention, headache and seisure. Symmetrical abnormal long T1, T2 and high Flair signals are dominant in bilateral temporal and occipital lobes. DWI is normal in the case with shorter history and better prignosis. Conclusions:PRES should always be kept in mind for patients with immunological disorders once acute hypertension crisis-like symptoms appear ao as to improve the prognosis.
