Abstract: With the improvement in treatment of bone defects,bone tissue engineering research is booming,and tissue engineering methods of treatment of bone defects become a new model. A literature review was written to introduce the research background of tissue engineering of bone, and studies progressing of the three important elements of bone tissue engineering-seed cells,cytokines and cellular biological scaffolds. Points out the remaining problems in the research,and mentions some future research potentials.
