Abstract: 近年来,随着全球化经济教育竞争和生源逐年锐减,面临的生存压力挑战加剧,高校普遍加大内涵质量工程和人才强校工程建设力度,出现了“人才抢夺战”局面.调查显示,高职教育处于高等教育人才竞争弱势方,其教师人才流失现象严重,已严重影响到学校核心竞争力、正常的教学管理工作、高技能人才培养质量及持续健康发展,只有深入多方面归因分析才可找到避免教师人才流失的针对性措施,切实提高人才使用效益和发挥其最大潜能.
