Abstract: Aiming at the current situation that there is a gap between talent cultivation of intelligent building specialty and enterprise's demand for talents of intelligent building specialty, the paper studies the suitable talent cultivation of intelligent building specialty. In the end, it puts forward the suggestions such as setting up course taking post professional ability as core, constructing core course of specialty, and combined theory study and practice training together.
