Abstract: This article studies the effect of nursing management mode on controlling the rapid growth of medical expense and remitting"the difficulty and the costliness in seeing a doctor". Through measures including computerization, violation charges, strict control of unreasonable charge and billing leakage, communicating with patients, handling cost dispute well and so on, the overall medical expense monitoring ability is improved, and the rapid growth of medical expense is controlled effectively. The doctor-patient relationship is improved and patients are more satisfied. Good social benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
