Abstract: The belt transport in coal mine adopts single direction conveying operation mode, namely the up belt transports coal, and gangue, the behind belt dry running, belt use rates only is half, the efficiency is low; The speed standard of SD-80, SD-150 belt is 2m/s, running speed is low, and transport capacity is small. Because the use number of belt is large, and installed power consumption volume is high, so how to improve the belt running efficiency and reduce the power waste is our key research content.
