Abstract: 惯性导航和惯性制导用线加速度计常结合重力场翻滚法与精密离心机法进行校准.重力场校准的线性项及精密离心机输出加速度均影响到加速度计非线性系数的校准精度.理论推导了加速度计二次系数、三次系数表达式,采用蒙特卡罗仿真获得精密离心机校准高次系数分布,进而统计获得系数的相对标准不确定度.仿真结果表明,提高输出加速度的精度对加速度计校准具有重要的意义,且若重力场校准的线性系数不确定度值比精密离心机输出加速度相对标准不确定度小1个量级以上时,可忽略重力场校准对精密离心机校准的影响,对线加速度计校准精度的提高具有一定的指导意义.
