The Thermoelectric Properties in the Double Bend Symmetric Graphene Nanobelts

Abstract: The electron and phonon transport regularities in the double bend symmetric graphene nanobelts were investigated by use of non-equilibrium green function method. It was found that the values of ZT factor in the two kinds of double bend symmetric graphene nanobelt are mach bigger than that in ideal graphite nanobelt. We also found that the values of ZT factor in the two kinds of double bend symmetric graphene nanobelt are very sensitive to the change of the length and the width of the scattering zone in the two kinds of the double bend symmetric graphene nanobelts.
