Abstract: The development status and tendency of reference materials related to chemical measurement was introduced.The international guidelines and Chinese management system,classification,technical specifications were listed.The status and the tendency on reference materials of NIST,EU,NMIJ,IRMM and China were analyzed.Some suggest on market and technologies were given.
