Abstract: <正> 已经研究了两株Salmonella typhimurium (LT2-462和11276)在氮激光3371 A照射下的残剩率,DNA的合成、退化和DNA链的打断。细菌株保存在补充有0.25%的酪旦白氨基酸的M9培养基中,对于紫外辐照剂量(10-300焦耳/米~2),10毫升细菌细胞(浓度是10~9细胞/毫升)悬浮在磷酸盐溶液的玻璃容器中,保持20℃并不断地摇动。在紫外照射六小时以后将10~6细胞/毫升(辐射的或对照的)注射到培养液中,然后用放射性示踪法来分析DNA,RNA和蛋白质的合成。实验结果给出在100焦耳/米~2照射下,两株微生物菌株有相同的残剩率。在较高强度照
