Abstract: <正> 在1.06μm微微秒激光脉冲作用下,我们观察到LiIO3产生了8种受激辐射,波长为8119A、6054A、5826A、5784A、5562A、5541A、5097A、4896A。经鉴别它们的频率可写成ω=2ωL±nωv,其中ωL为入射光的频率,ωv为斜极化激元的频率,LO模为818cm-1,TO模为750cm-1,对Stokes n=1,2,3;对反Stokes,n=1,2。所使用的激光脉冲序列由重复率Nd: YAG锁模激光器产生,脉宽45ps,入射到晶体的功率密度约为5×108W/cm2,晶体长3.5cm,30°切割,产生上述Raman辐射时,入射光与晶轴的夹角θ偏离开共线倍频的位相匹配角0.5°,成30.5°。
