Abstract: Wind turbine load measurement is one of the most significant type approval certification issues,which is related to the wind turbine life and safety.The main content of the wind turbine load measurement is the bending moment measurement of main part,such as tower,main shaft and blades.The strain gauges and Wheatstone bridge are used to take the blade root bending moment measurement.For the blade root bending signal calibration,due to the complicated structure and material,the traditional shunt calibration method is not available.In this article,three kinds of methods of blade root bending signal calibration and their characteristics are introduced and analyzed within the measure ment project.
