Abstract: The building of emergency fleet is the important foundation to improve the emergency capability of road transportation. Based on the situation of the road emergency transportation in Sichuan Province,this paper proposes the building thinking of emergency fleet of road transportation,analyzes the building principle,scale,technology and the way of requisition,and identifies the indicators of the 12th five-year plan,so as to improve the emergency capability of road transportation in Sichuan Province.
