Abstract: Objective To discuss and research the mental reaction and the effect of psychological intervention during childhood immunization.Methods From June 2006 to June 2011,a total of 486 subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the control group were performed the general immune injection process,the intervention group were added to a psychological intervention according to the different age psychological characteristics based on control group.Results At each age group,the crying and other psychological reactions occurring frequency were lower in psychological intervention group than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions Psychological intervention can reduce children’s fear and syncope reaction,strengthen their self-confidence,improve children ’s self control ability,be upon the children to developing mind and body.
