Abstract: [目的]调查三级甲等医院护士对延时下班的态度及其影响因素,为医院管理者及护理决策者提供依据。[方法]应用自行设计的护士对延时下班态度调查表,对某三级甲等医院432名护士进行调查。[结果]护士对延时下班的态度评分为(3.84±0.53)分;不同职务、婚姻状况、健康状况、路途交通时间、家庭照护任务、延时下班经历与补偿对护士延时下班态度评分有影响(P<0.01)。[结论]护士对延时下班的态度介于中立与同意之间,护士对延时下班采取了默认、接受的态度;建议医院管理者关注护士对延时下班的态度,对护士延时下班进行干预研究,提升护士工作的积极性与满意度。
