Abstract: 风轮叶片不平衡、联轴器不对称、齿轮故障及轴承故障的频率特征不同,根据这一特性,设计一种大功率水力机组电机故障信号硬件采集系统,设计AMPCI-9102解决信号采集问题,运用电荷放大器对预定信号进行合理放大,分别设计振动传感器、加速传感器、位移传感器进行异常信号的有效捕获,软件设计采用Hilbert变换技术,对模块高频故障信号进行推理,运用经验模式分解筛选方法推断可能的故障特征,排除干扰;实验结果表明,该方法能为水力机组故障诊断提供准确和可靠的决策依据。
