Abstract: 目的研究鳀鱼(Engraulis)蛋白酶水解物调血脂功能。方法以鳀鱼为原料通过酶解法获得鳀鱼蛋白酶水解物。采用高血脂SD大鼠模型测定EJEH的调节血脂作用,建模后给药35d,测定大鼠血脂相关指标及SOD活性、MDA含量,进行肝组织病理形态学观察。结果与模型组比较,0.8、2.3和6.9g/kg.d-13个剂量EJEH组TG水平显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),2.3和6.9g/kg.d-1 EJEH组TC水平显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),6.9g/kg.d-1 EJEH组LDL-C水平显著下降(P<0.05);提示EJEH能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量。病理学观察显示,各剂量组肝组织脂肪变性均有不同程度的改善。结论鳀鱼蛋白酶水解物具有明显的调血脂及改善肝脏脂肪变性功能。
