Abstract: 电磁超声换能器在工作中涉及到电场、磁场、力场和声场的相互耦合和转化,变量较多,尤其是在声场分析时更为复杂。本文采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对电磁超声换能器进行仿真,得到了电磁超声换能器换能过程中其电场、磁场、力场的分布规律和主要特征;在电磁场模型的基础上,通过电磁结构耦合建立了声场模型,分析了表面波在被测试件中的辐射声场分布、指向性等规律,仿真结果和理论分析相吻合。
