Abstract: 空间功率平台(PCU)多采用电流型跨导控制的S4R架构,母线输出电容滤波阵一般由低容值的自愈电容组成。针对功率平台基板面积、体积及重量的限制条件,在满足与滞环跨导控制相同的开关管损耗和母线稳态纹波指标情况下,提出采用ΔΣ控制策略对局部开关进行超频驱动,降低了自愈电容阵的容值且提升了高功率密度。从功率谱分析角度阐述了超频驱动减小电容阵容值的机理,给出了驱动电路,定量分析了超频范围,建立了超频电源控制器数学模型,给出了控制参数设计办法。仿真及实验证实超频驱动的S4R的动态性及功率密度优于滞环驱动的S4R。
