Abstract: 通过静态侵蚀法研究不同钾、钠含量的焚烧炉渣对焚烧炉用铝铬锆砖的侵蚀,以耐火砖的外观变化、耐压强度、质量变化率及K、Na的渗透量作为侵蚀评判依据.结果表明:危险废物中碱金属含量大于4%(w)时,对焚烧炉耐火砖有较强的侵蚀性和渗透性,易造成耐火砖耐压强度的急剧下降,且K盐的侵蚀程度和渗透性比Na盐的大;当危险废物中碱金属含量超过6%(w)时,炉渣容易发生结块,8%(w)以上则产生明显的结焦.
