Abstract: 为了优化蓄热式烧嘴结构,提高其使用寿命,利用有限元分析软件对蓄热式烧嘴进行了热应力分析,通过对比实际情况验证了有限元分析的合理性,同时根据仿真结果并结合工艺特点对蓄热式烧嘴结构进行了优化,并对优化后的蓄热式烧嘴进行了热应力数值模拟及分析.结果表明,优化后的蓄热式烧嘴能有效解决传统蓄热式烧嘴热应力集中、换向时应力幅值大等问题,从而延长烧嘴的使用寿命.
