Abstract: 为了改善氧化铝空心球的抗铝液浸润性能及强度,采用纳米硫酸钡对氧化铝空心球进行表面涂覆.以氯化钡、硫酸铵和EDTA二钠盐为原料,采用液相法在室温、pH =5.0的条件下制得纳米硫酸钡乳液,再用此乳液对氧化铝空心球进行涂覆,并分别在400、600、800、1 000℃下进行热处理.然后采用SEM观察了涤覆前后氧化铝空心球表面的显微结构特征,并进行了抗铝液浸润性及耐压强度测试.结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,空心球表面涂层的致密度和均匀性提高,经1 000℃热处理的氧化铝空心球表面有一层均匀和完整的硫酸钡;表面涂覆硫酸钡后的氧化铝空心球具有优畀的抗铝液浸润性能,且其耐压强度明显高于未涂覆的氧化铝空心球.
