Abstract: 铝热连轧的轧制过程复杂,但良好的轧制规程是铝带材质量和轧机低功耗的有力保障.该文在轧制规程设定中提出以预防打滑为主的多目标函数,建立了基于最小二乘支持向量机的轧制力模型来取代传统模型,有效提高了轧制力预报的精度.并采用ABC(人工蜂群)算法对轧制规程进行优化,算法在初始化时引入了混沌序列以增强其遍历性,变量更新时采用了更合理的变尺度操作方法,不仅能够防止陷入局部极值点,而且可避免盲目搜索,大大提高了进化速度.该轧制规程在“1+4”铝热连轧改造现场精轧部分的应用中效果理想,对二级的设定计算具有指导意义.
