Abstract: 随着带孔板坯外径和预冲孔径的不同,筒形件的成形方式和变形性质也将有所不同,可能出现简单拉深、拉深-翻孔、翻孔-拉深、简单翻孔等多种复杂情况.为进一步了解坯料形状、尺寸与成形方式之间的关系,掌握其变化规律,实现对复合成形工艺的有效控制,以变形力学为基础对带孔板坯拉深-翻孔复合成形进行理论分析和实验,并采用DYNAFORM软件对不同孔径板料的成形过程进行仿真模拟.结果表明,仿真分析与工艺实验结果吻合.
