Abstract: 针对目前从失效锂离子电池正极废料提取有价金属工艺中存在污染性气体、耗能高等不足,提出盐化焙烧法回收有价金属.将正极废料粉末与NaHSO4·H2O和Na2SO4以1∶5∶7.5的比例混匀焙烧0.5h,焙烧残渣用热水浸出.结果表明:正极废料中的钴和锂转化为易溶于水的硫酸盐,含钴相主要为Na6Co(SO4)4,当焙烧温度为400℃时钴浸出率可达96.35%;加入适量Na2SO4能有效抑制焙烧过程中泡沫的产生,有利于反应稳定、充分的进行,加入的Na2SO4未参与盐化反应而参与了复盐生成反应.
