Abstract: 为研制具有良好阻燃效果且环保的阻燃丝/棉织物,选用2D树脂并对其进行醚化改性及工艺优化.研究结果表明,最佳醚化工艺条件为:醚化温度70℃,醚化时间3.5h,2D树脂与乙二醇的摩尔比1∶1.最佳条件醚化的2D树脂中羟甲基甲醛相对含量为91.72%,游离甲醛含量为0.97%.通过红外光谱分析证实了2D树脂已被醚化.醚化2D树脂用量为110g/L时,丝/棉织物可获得优良的阻燃效果,游离甲醛含量可有效降低至20mg/kg以下,且具有较好的耐洗性.
