Abstract: 由于苎麻纤维其纤维刚性大,弹性伸长小,纤维间抱合力差,纱线毛羽多且长硬,为解决苎麻/竹纤维混纺纱线在织造过程中的问题,分别探讨了纤维素酶、阳离子DT-587亲水硅油类柔软剂以及复合使用的处理方法对纱线的性能影响.通过正交试验得到酶处理的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量2% (owf),pH值4.8,反应温度50℃,处理时间50min,浴比1∶ 20;再通过1.5%(owf) DT-587硅油类柔软剂,在50℃条件下处理50min,可使混纺纱线的初始模量降低59.56%,纱线刚度明显下降,手感柔软、顺滑.
