Abstract: 采用复合纺丝方法制备了PA6/PET皮芯型负氧离子纤维.研究探讨了纤维的复合纺丝工艺,并对该功能纤维的物理机械性能、取向度、抗静电性能、吸湿性能、负氧离子释放量等相关性能进行了测试分析.结果表明:皮层的纺丝温度随着纳米功能粉体含量的增加而提高,纺丝压力也逐渐增大;皮芯复合纺丝保证了功能纤维的物理机械性能,功能粉体添加的质量分数为10%时,纤维具有较理想的负氧离子释放量,且该功能纤维的吸湿性能、抗静电性能均有了明显提高.
