Abstract: On the basis of training needs research of different stages of kindergarten teachers ’ professional development ,charac-teristics and actual abilities which kindergarten teachers in all stages of development should have ,the author researches and de-velops stratified training courses for teachers at different stages.Furthermore ,the author constructs the training system of kin-dergarten teachers ,so as to urge different -level teachers to enhance their professional abilities through training.
