Abstract: In the physical classroom teaching activities, sports teacher's preparation, the students' interest in learning, effective classroom organization, guidance of teachers and regular reflection after class, these are factors that influence efficiency of sports course. How to make students in the limited teaching unit of time to master a good sport skills and learn more knowledge of sports, to make the sports classroom teaching achieve the optimal effect, we need to constantly explore and research.
