Abstract: According to problems such as “shock”scientific research or any other short-term scientific research activities in university students ’ activities of scientific innovation , this article introduces an organization of students’ scientific activity by depending on teaching and scientific research teams . As an organization of combining training and innovation , it effectively makes use of the school research resources , turning the advantages of team research into strong impetus to students’ research activities ,and achieving following three changes ,i .e .,from initiative to awareness ,from competitive to popularized organizations ,and from “shock”research of short-termed to long-termed professional research .
