Abstract: 利用拉伸力学性能测试、硬度测试、OM、SEM及EDS等分析测试手段,研究了TZM合金和纯Mo的微观组织、室温与高温力学性能以及再结晶行为.结果表明:TZM合金比纯Mo具有更高的室温与高温强度;TZM合金的起始再结晶温度为1 350℃,终了再结晶温度为1 700℃,分别比纯Mo的起始再结晶温度与终了再结晶温度提高了500℃与450℃.TZM合金的强度与再结晶温度的提高主要归因于细小弥散分布的第二相TiC、ZrC.
