Abstract: 为了解除草剂敌草胺对土壤酶活性的影响及相对毒性,采用室内模拟法研究了敌草胺胁迫下土壤酶活性的动态响应.结果表明:培养前期,敌草胺对土壤过氧化氢酶具有激活作用,对磷酸酶具有抑制作用,且激活或抑制程度均与浓度呈正比,而对脲酶的影响则表现为低浓度时激活,高浓度时抑制,在培养初期对脱氢酶也具有一定激活作用.培养后期,土壤过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性表现为抑制、恢复的变化趋势.在污染早期,过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶对敌草胺较敏感,可以作为表征敌草胺残留土壤污染的生物活性指标.
