Abstract: 研究了3种抗氧化剂(抗坏血酸、亚硫酸钠、柠檬酸)对3个大花蕙兰品种组织培养的影响.结果表明:在一定浓度下三者配合使用能明显抑制褐变的产生,在含有抗坏血酸0.125 g/L、亚硫酸钠0.125 g/L、柠檬酸2.5 g/L及BA 4 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L+ KT 0.5 mg/L的MS培养基上,3个品种的芽增殖系数分别为8.3、7.1和4.0,与对照相比差异达极显著水平;但高浓度抗氧化剂会对大花蕙兰产生伤害.
