Abstract: This paper introduces the situation of WLAN network, low utility and poor oflfoad of other networks like GSM and TD-SCDMA at the base of the concept of four networks coordination. Also, the author raises practical, easy-understanding methods of sharing signaling data, location areas, terminal types between different networks and reminding technology to enhance the oflfoading ability of the WLAN network, hoping to help out its problems of precise site selection and promotion.
