Abstract: 每到校园招聘季,一些企业就开始派出各招聘团队蜂拥至各大院校,先宣讲企业情况,亮出各专业招聘数量和诸多要求,例如当过学生干部、成绩优秀、获得过奖项等硬性条件,再通过面试、英语和各专业测试等环节,最后录用数量相当的学生……这种看似圆满的校园招聘(以下简称"校招"),实际上却暗流涌动、隐患重重:宣讲会火爆过后投简历者寥寥,接到OFFER的学生"脚踩多条船"屡屡违约,学生入职后没有几年纷纷流失……归纳起来,出现这些问题的企业大都没有在校招的"定位"二字上做足功课,最终才导致这些不该出现的硬伤.
