Abstract: 介绍了两种用于计算兆瓦级风力发电机增速箱中行星架前端滚子轴承寿命的模型.首先,运用轴承准动力学方程对轴承进行疲劳寿命计算,分析内外圈滚道上的应力分布情况及其对轴承寿命的影响;然后,运用有限元法在RomaxWind环境下建立整个齿轮箱的多体动力学模型,通过运动仿真分析获得轴承各项参数.通过对比发现,两种方法所获得的计算结果较接近,数值差小于6%,而传统方法的计算效率更高,更适合于大计算量的场合.
